Vehicle Overload Problem & Operator Safety
Loads moved by a typical material handling vehicle come in a variety of different shapes, physical size and weights.
When the load weights are not clearly marked or the weight data is wrong all together; there is a possibility of unsafe conditions that might result in danger to the operator and damages to the goods being handled and to the operational facility.
The information on the vehicle name plate indicating the maximum lifting capacity at that point will not help the operator at all. The automatic Safe-Load –Lift digital indicator is the solution.
How Does It Work
The pressure transducer is installed in the lifting hydraulic line between the lift control valve and the lifting cylinder(s). The Digital indicator installed on the dashboard will continuously show the vehicle operator the loads lifted in percentages of the vehicle’s maximum lifting capacity. The end user can pre-set the AUDIO/VISUAL Overload warning point within the whole lifting operating range. If the Overload has been reached, the AUDIO/ VISUAL alarm will come ON and will be activated until the overload load has been lowered to the ground.

Fully automatic calibration by lifting the empty forks and loaded forks just above the ground.
Digital Indication in %
The Safe-Load-Lift system shows in the % of the vehicle’s maximum lifting capacity. The indicated value is updated every second.
