Responding to the lift truck industry's request for a simple and economical lift truck on-board check weighing /overload safety readout that can be used in any material handling operation and will operate in severe working environment; we have developed the ED2-Series, fully automatic SkidWeigh system.

The most popular application of this system is the freight weight verification of pallet weights within the shipping departments. Another application having very favorable R.O.I. is the freight weight verification on loading docks within the transportation industry. The transportation loading dock lift trucks equipped with the SkidWeigh will recoup the underestimated freight weight revenue that otherwise will slip through the system unnoticed.

The ED2-Series SkidWeigh is the only forklift on-board check weighing system that is found to be installed in multiple quantities within the same company.

Years of research have revealed the best combination of true technological advancement in hydraulic pressure transducers, digital instrumentation and compatibility of the software development provides the maximum flexibility and ease of the installation of the ED2-Series on-board check weighing system to the material handling vehicles of all kinds.

Standard / Optional Equipment
Design concept of the ED2-Series allows the OEM's to offer this product as a standard or optional equipment with the variety of the vehicles in their product line, regardless of the vehicle operating voltage, vehicle lifting capacity or vehicle type or model.

Factory installed system can be easily calibrated at the dealer's or end user's location once the vehicle is ready for delivery to the customer with the specified forks or attachment installed.

With the OEM's standard equipment provision for the pressure transducer port outlet in the hydraulic lift circuit, the ED2-Series can be fitted into the vehicle in less than an hour. This inexpensive additional hydraulic port outlet supplied with new vehicles will enhance your products by providing your dealers with simple solution to supply an economical on-board check weighing system when requested by the end user's.
